AK Steel (India) is a specialized processor and stockist of high-precision Stainless Steel Slitting Coils (also known as Strips), derived from prime quality HR and CR master coils. We utilize advanced rotary slitting lines to produce narrow-width coils with extremely tight dimensional tolerances, starting from as narrow as 2.5mm width. Our inventory covers the full spectrum of Austenitic grades, including the 300 series (304, 304L, 316, 316L) for corrosion resistance and the 310/310S series for high-temperature furnace applications.

We understand that different applications require different mechanical properties. Therefore, we supply coils in various Hardness Tempers ranging from Soft (Annealed) to Full Hard and Spring Hard (specifically in Grade 301/302). We also offer customized edge conditioning—providing Slit, Mill, Square, or Round edges to ensure safety and precision in your automated production lines. All materials are processed in accordance with ASTM A240 / ASME SA240 standards and are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Certificates (MTC).
